I wrote this song as a quick one after realizing that playing "BCK" live would have been too art for me, after a band practicing sesison. That's before I decided to trash the whole "TenneT" session goin' for saving the best songs for the next project I'm workin' on. So the first "APE" version was really a quick one with just drums, electric distored guitars and fuckload of vocals. I really like the reverbs and the harmony in it. As for the song - I don't know how I came out with that crazy stuff - my attention was caught by a live performance by Lady GaGa showing off her talent on a super furry piano. So I started to wonder how would have been tough having a relationship with an artist selling your privacy by the pound and GaGa singing in front of zillion of people about her new lover replacing her former official mate, afraid of standing an affair with a gurl with such personality. You may find some random references to Donkey Kong and Taran as well.
